Form Simplicity, a web-based forms program available to Florida Realtors® as a member benefit, announces that users may now add contact information into the program, including contact name, address, e-mail address, phone number and fax number. Additionally, if a user sends an e-mail in Form Simplicity, the program will automatically ask if the user wants to save the e-mail address in the contact management section. Contacts may also be categorized into groups.
Form Simplicity is a member benefit to all Florida Realtors®. Users may use the program to quickly print out a form and go, or create a web-based transaction. When creating a web-based transaction, users have the ability to automate transactions through preset ‘data populated’ packages, utilize the MLS data import feature, and use the synchronization feature, which allows users to type information in one field for it to automatically update the same fields on all forms within a transaction.
To begin using Form Simplicity, visit Forms.FloridaRealtors.org and login using the same login information you use to access FloridaRealtors.org. Click the “help” button to watch a demo of how to use the program, or attend a one-hour live training webinar.
