Form Simplicity, a web-based forms program available to Florida Realtors® as a member benefit, announces unlimited faxing is now available. Members may fax their transactions and other documents, at no charge, directly to clients within the Form Simplicity program. Members also have the ability to send a coversheet for clients to use and send back signed documents that will automatically upload into Form Simplicity.
“Having access to unlimited faxing is just another, of many, powerful features available to Florida Realtors® who use Form Simplicity to create and store transactions,” explains Joe Ballarino, President and Chairman of Real Estate Industry Solutions, developer of Form Simplicity.
Form Simplicity is a member benefit to all Florida Realtors®. Users may use the program to quickly print out a form and go or create a web-based transaction. When creating a web-based transaction, users have the ability to: automate transactions through preset ‘data populated’ packages, utilize the MLS data import feature, and use the synchronization feature, which allows users to type information in one field for it to automatically update the same fields on all forms within a transaction.
Unlimited faxing is available through 2010, courtesy of Florida Realtors®. As with many products and services offered through Florida Realtors®, they are decided and budgeted on an annual basis and will be considered during the next budgetary cycle.
