Form Simplicity, a web-based real estate forms program, announces that it has secured access to tax data for nearly all of North America for Realtors® to use within the Form Simplicity application. Users will soon be able to quickly attain common public record data to auto populate their transactions.

Form Simplicity is a new, web-based forms product for REALTORS® that was designed to be easy to learn and easy to use, while providing the user with powerful features. Users may use the program to quickly print out a form and go or create a web-based transaction. When creating a web-based transaction, users have the ability to automate transactions through preset ‘data populated’ packages, utilize the MLS data import feature, and use the synchronization feature, which allows users to type information in one field for it to automatically update the same fields on all forms within a transaction.
