Form Simplicity, a real estate transaction management tool for Realtors and new member benefit to 115,000 Florida Realtors, has exceeded usage expectations since its launch on April 1, 2010. Additionally, on Aug. 29, 2010, the Florida Realtors board of directors voted that Form Simplicity will be the sole transaction management tool available as an association member benefit beginning in 2011. The board cited that it felt Form Simplicity is the best product for Florida Realtors members.
Since the launch of Form Simplicity on April 1, more than 35% of Florida Realtors members have used Form Simplicity and the growth in transactions has been increasing. Data shows that one in four new Florida listings and contracts are being created with Form Simplicity.
“Though the growth in Form Simplicity has exceeded our hopes, it does not come as a surprise considering the power of the product combined with ease of use and broad Realtor support from around the state,” stated Joe Ballarino, President of Form Simplicity.
Usage of the transaction management tool by Florida Realtors has experienced sizable transaction growth in July and August 2010, with August transaction usage more than quadrupling that of June usage.
