Form Simplicity Announces Form Sorting Feature Now Available

Form Simplicity, an online real estate forms transaction program, announces that users may sort their forms in transactions and packages by using a new drag and drop feature now available in the program. This new feature was created because several Form Simplicity users asked for it. Form Simplicity listened to user requests and the form sorting feature was soon developed.

To use the new feature, users may click and hold the icon in the “SORT” column and drag it to the new position. Faxed and emailed documents will now stay in the order users want them in.

Form Simplicity users may use the program to quickly print out a form and go, or create a web-based transaction. When creating a web-based transaction, users have the ability to automate transactions through preset ‘data populated’ packages, utilize the MLS data import feature, and use the synchronization feature, which allows users to type information in one field for it to automatically update the same fields on all forms within a transaction.
