As the Broker, I can switch clients to an assistant or just look over a contract without bothering the agent to get a copy. I’d like to see an easy way for clients to login and save their signatures in the future to eliminate the need for faxing all together. If a client could login and make an electronic signature easily, that wold make all the difference.
