New Sharing Feature Now Available in Form Simplicity

ORLANDO, Fla. Nov. 15, 2012 -  Form Simplicity Ultimate users may now share their forms and files with outside parties via a sharing link. This new feature is an alternate method to emailing and faxing forms and files to non-Form Simplicity users. Form Simplicity Ultimate users have unlimited access to the new sharing feature.

Form Simplicity Announces Form Sorting Feature Now Available

Form Simplicity, an online real estate forms transaction program, announces that users may sort their forms in transactions and packages by using a new drag and drop feature now available in the program. This new feature was created because several Form Simplicity users asked for it. Form Simplicity listened to user requests and the form sorting feature was soon developed.

Contact Management Feature Now Available in Form Simplicity

Form Simplicity, a web-based forms program available to Florida Realtors® as a member benefit, announces that users may now add contact information into the program, including contact name, address, e-mail address, phone number and fax number. Additionally, if a user sends an e-mail in Form Simplicity, the program will automatically ask if the user wants to save the e-mail address in the contact management section. Unlimited Faxing Available for Florida Realtors® Members

Form Simplicity, a web-based forms program available to Florida Realtors® as a member benefit, announces unlimited faxing is now available. Members may fax their transactions and other documents, at no charge, directly to clients within the Form Simplicity program.  Members also have the ability to send a coversheet for clients to use and send back signed documents that will automatically upload into Form Simplicity.
