ORLANDO, Fla. – Nov. 23, 2011 — The New Jersey Association of REALTORS® has selected to provide Form Simplicity, an online forms management tool for REALTORS®, to its membership base of real estate agent and broker members.

The New Jersey Association of REALTORS® members will have access to Form Simplicity’s online library of real estate forms along with the convenience to download the forms and complete editable fields. Additionally, users will be able to email and print forms, create transactions, create clauses and add clauses to forms, and utilize auto synchronization tools. The Wyoming Association of REALTORS® has chosen to provide Form Simplicity as a benefit to its members. The Wyoming Association of REALTORS® is a professional trade association for licensed real estate practitioners in the state of Wyoming, representing 2,000 members and 14 local boards.

All Florida Counties’ Tax Data Now Available in Form Simplicity

Form Simplicity, an online forms transaction program and Florida Realtors® member benefit, announces tax records can now be imported into Form Simplicity from all 67 counties in Florida. Users may use the common public record data to auto populate their transactions.

Form Simplicity is a member benefit to all Florida Realtors®. Within the program, users may quickly print out a form and go or create a web-based transaction. When creating a web-based transaction, users have the ability to automate transactions through preset ‘data populated’ packages, utilize the MLS data import feature, and use the synchronization feature, which allows users to type information in one field for it to automatically update the same fields on all forms within a transaction.
