This new feature will allow users to keep better track of communication with their clients.

The new Email History tab is where Form Simplicity users will locate the emails that they sent to or from a transaction. And, if a text message is sent to the transaction, it will also keep track of it! Additionally, users will be able to read the email/text message sent or received in its entirety, and print/email it as needed.

The Email History tab will be available beginning April 7, 2015, and it is located in the Transaction’s page (the last tab to the right). With this new feature, tracking communications with clients in Form Simplicity is simpler, quicker and improved.
