Form Simplicity has added a new feature, My Files. My Files allows you to improve the storage and organization of your important real estate documents and files in Form Simplicity. A new tab, labeled “My Files”, can be found in the toolbar to the right of your Clauses.

- Create file folders to store your documents in the cloud
- Easily copy files from My Files into an existing or new transaction
- View all of your received eFaxes, email files, and completed eSign contracts in one place
- Select a folder name to open and view the contents within
- Add, name, rename, delete, and describe the folders within your My Files tab
